Gerard Group will first conduct an informal phone interview. During the phone interview we will review your resume, prior work experience, and discuss your employment objectives. We find our pre-screening process to be extremely beneficial to both candidates and clients.
After the pre-screen, we will assess your qualifications, and if appropriate, contact you via email and/or phone with a position that meets your employment objectives. If the position is a match, we will work quickly to capitalize on the opportunity. In the event we do not have a match, we will refine our search and continue to work toward the goal of finding you the best opportunity available.
Prior to submitting your resume to our client we may request several managerial references. With your consent, we will then contact your references to review your work history and experience as it pertains to the job requirements.
